CONDITIONS
a) All information above is true for
voice residential door intercoms serving no more than 6 flats.
b)
It takes
much more than just seeing to find a fault
thus /"come and see"/
visits are chargeable at standard rate.
c)
If cost of repair is going to exceed maximum cost stated in table above
than free non-obligatory quote will be given..
d)
Redecoration / re-plastering (if necessary)
is not
included in the price.
e)
All cables that may need to be replaced will be surface mounted (i.e. clipped
to wall/skirting board).
f)
Parts and parking fees will be charged on top of labor rates.
g) I do not cover central London except during weekend.
h) Even basic door intercoms are pretty complex systems so please do
allow at least 2 - 4 hours for a job.
i) As a minimum I will need access to affected flats and all electrical
cabinets where parts of system may be located.
Please DO NOT hesitate to ask if you have any
questions regarding rates or conditions given above.
Unfortunately they are not negotiable once job is finished.
